Each piece is handmade by me in my small Manitoba, Canada studio. Each piece may vary slightly from the picture shown, due to the nature of natural stones and handmade jewelry. Handmade jewelry is one-of-a-kind and can have slight variations in texture and gems. Please allow for unique variations in each piece.
Your order will be shipped in a Pretty Package ready for Gifting along with a little gift from me! We ship via Canada Post, ChitChats or Asendia depending on location and service selected by the buyer at checkout.
Shipping Time Estimates - Providing no Shipping Upgrade was purchased by the customer:

►» U.S. orders will arrive in about 1-3 weeks (or less) from ship out date. It may take longer due to holidays, peak shipping times or a delay at customs/border.
►» International orders will arrive in about 2-6 weeks from ship out date depending on your location. It may take longer due to holidays, peak shipping times or a delay at customs/border.

►» If applied by your country, Taxes, Customs Fees and Duty are the responsibility of the buyer.
►» If tracking was not purchased by the buyer, once it is in the hands of the postal service there is no way of us seeing where your package is until it arrives, as I have no control of it after that point. If you have added the upgraded shipping with tracking this will at least give you the ability to track down it's location and time frame for expected delivery.
